Can I exchange my order instead of returning?
Goods received can be exchanged instead of returning, providing they are in resalable original condition. We are not able to exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
What is the online returns policy?
FREE UK RETURNS THROUGH DHL *Please email us for a returns label and form to be sent to you* If you are not happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

Returns guidelines:

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.

We are not responsible for the return shipping costs from another delivery provider.

We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed.

Ensure your return is well packaged.
How long until a refund is received?
We aim to process items within 3 working days of the item being received. Providing they meet the refund requirements, refunds are processed within 48 hours, depending on your card issuer. Peak seasons please allow five working days for returns to be processed.

We take payments in the following currencies: £GBP $USD €EURO $AUD

Conversion is based on exchange rates that are updated daily. Please note: some banks may charge you an International Transaction Fee.
Do you offer gift cards?
We currently don't offer gift cards. But are working on providing this service. For any special occasions, we can provide special packaging and additional perks. Please email us if interested.

All our products prices are inclusive of tax costs. No additional tax costs are applied at checkout.

We ship internationally, so whatever item/s you want we can deliver to your doorstep.
How much is shipping?
All orders are sent through DHL with all UK orders, shipping is free. We offer next day delivery at an additional charge of £8.99. All orders must be signed for upon delivery. International shipping fees do apply. Standard delivery and Express delivery are available.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, an email with tracking number will be issued through our shipping courier so you can stay updated.
What is the courier used for shipping?
Our shipping courier is DHL for UK and Worldwide shipping.
How do I know once my order is dispatched?
There are multiple stages for your order. Below are the stages listed when placing an order.

. We process your order and you are directed to complete your payment.

. Your order then is processed by Dispatch (your item cannot be amended at this point)

.You will be sent an email that order has been received/payment.

-Shipping courier email will be sent, with tracking number and delivery date for signed delivery.
Can I change my shipping address?
For orders placed we do provide the option to ship to an address different to the billing address. However, for security reasons, this service is discretionary. We reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or to verify details with our customers before shipping to a different address.

Please note we can make no guarantees to change addresses prior to shipping. If an order has been locked for processing by the Dispatch team or completed we are unable to amend the shipping address.
How long is shipping?
We use DHL EXPRESS delivery for all our orders, which takes 2-3 days within the UK, please allow 5-7 working days for international deliveries. We offer next day delivery within the UK at an additional charge of £8.99.

Cut-off time for Next Day delivery is 6pm. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day.
What is the process of making your items?
All our products follow the same structure, within the manufacturing process. Starting with designs created, sourcing of fabrics: functionality and durability. Samples (quality control checks). Manufacturing with additional quality control checks. Products are then available to purchase.
Sizing of products
All our products are slightly oversized. Providing a generous approach to sizing. We advise to purchase your actual size or order a size up for an additional relaxed fit.
